SLMCS 2025 Annual Giving Campaign Kicked Off
尊敬的家长、校友及社会各界朋友，大家好！
在这充满感恩,，我们很高兴开启圣路易现代中文学校2025年度捐赠活动。我们首先向一直以来关注支持学校的家长、老师，志愿者和社会各界人士致以最诚挚的谢意。因为有您们的陪伴，圣路易现代中文学校才得以不断发展，服务社区！
在去年的捐款活动中我们总共收到捐款逾$15,000已成功用于校园互联网的整体升级，大幅提升了教学行政效率和使用体验。经过十余年使用，学校大楼的地毯桌椅等设施严重老化，房顶墙面破损严重，校园的整体修缮已刻不容缓。为师生和家长提供安全、舒适、温馨的学习与活动环境，学校计划更换二楼地毯与部分课桌椅；修缮房顶与墙面；建立教师休息室；开辟家长休息与等候区域。
近年由于运营成本不断上涨，学校财务已难以单独承担此次校园改善工程。因此，我们正式发起 2025–2026 校园更新专项捐款活动.
如何参与捐助：
2025年度捐款目标： $40,000
募捐时间：自倡议书发起之日起，至2026年1月31日
捐款方式：
1， 扫描以下二维码或登录https://slmcs.org/donation.asp可以直接线上PayPal或信用卡捐款，
2， 支票：抬头请注明：SLMCS,
邮寄地址： 6710 Clayton Rd, Richmond Heights, MO 63117
3， 亦可直接投放捐款至设在学校一楼大厅的捐款箱中。
4， 企业配捐：如果您的公司提供员工捐款配对计划，请与我们联系，我们将协助您完成相关手续。
捐款注意事项：
1, 捐款时请注明您的家庭ID，姓名，电子邮箱和电话联系等信息。
2, SLMCS 属 501(c)(3) 非赢利组织，您的善款可以抵税。
3, 学校接到捐款后将发感谢信，您可凭此信做为报税凭证。

Dear SLMCS Families and Friends:
During this season of gratitude, we are pleased to launch the St. Louis Modern Chinese School (SLMCS) 2025 Annual Giving Campaign. We would like to express our deepest appreciation to all parents, teachers, volunteers, and community members who have continuously supported and cared for our school. Your companionship and dedication have enabled SLMCS to grow and better serve our community.
Last year, we received more than $15,000 in donations, which were successfully used to upgrade the school’s internet infrastructure, greatly improving the efficiency and experience of both teaching and administrative work.
After more than a decade of use, the school building’s carpets, desks, chairs, and other facilities have become severely worn, and the ceiling and walls have deteriorated significantly. Comprehensive campus renovations have become urgent and necessary. To provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming learning environment for our students, teachers, and parents, the school plans to replace the second-floor carpet and portions of desks and chairs, repair the roof and interior walls, establish a teacher lounge, and create a parent rest and waiting area.
In recent years, the rising cost of operations has made it increasingly difficult for the school to fund these improvements on its own. Therefore, we are officially launching the 2025–2026 Campus Renovation Special Fundraising Campaign.
Fundraising time: from November 17 to January 31, 2026
How to donate:
1. Scan the following QR code or log in to https://slmcs.org/donation.asp to donate directly online via PayPal or credit card,
2. Check: Please make check payable to:
SLMCS. Mailing address: 6710 Clayton Rd, Richmond Heights, MO 63117
3. You can also stop by SLMCS to drop off the check or cash. We’ll set the donation box in the lobby to collect the donations.
4, Corporate Matching Gifts: If your employer offers a matching gift program for employee donations, please contact us.
Special notes:
1, Please indicate your family ID, name, email address and telephone contact information when donating.
2, SLMCS provides 501(c)(3) Tax-Compliant charitable Donation Receipt and your donations are tax deductible.
3, A acknowledge letter will be sent upon the receiving of donation. This letter can be used as a tax declaration certificate.
