Request for Tuition Refund
Dear SLMCS Family,
Due to the COVID-19, some families had to make changes to the classes. To simplify the tuition refund process, the SLMCS management team has decided to transfer this semester’s tuition credit to next semester in-lieu of a refund check. If a SLMCS family still needs a refund to be issued before next semester, please fill in the tuition refund request form below and provide your Zelle account ID.
Please be aware that accounting staff have to verify each account to pay electronically, so it will take about 10 business days to process the refund request .
